All Ticket Sales Are Final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is made.
Guests have the option to either print their tickets or present digital tickets at the entrance.
Guests who purchase multiple tickets must arrive with all additional guests to be seated.

Doors Open 1 Hour Prior: Doors to the venue will open 1 hour before the scheduled showtime. Early arrival is recommended to secure the best seating.

No Phones During the Show: Joker's Comedy House is a no-phone zone. All electronic devices must be turned off and put away during the performance. Strict No Recording Policy: There is a strict no video/audio recording or photography policy once the show begins. Any violation may result in removal from the venue.
